You are invited to the home of Roberto and Liliana Cetrullo, members of the Doylestown Food Co-op and founders of Italities, one of our newest Eco-System partners, to experience an olive oil tasting right within their own gourmet kitchen! The seminar will cover:
· The basics of olive oil tasting (We will learn to taste olive oil “straight”)
· The key factors determining olive oil quality (Brief presentation and Q & A)
· Pairing food and olive oil (We will sample some olive oil enhanced food together)
These wonderful opportunities will take place at Roberto and Liliana's home. Up to 12 people can attend each Saturday session. Interested members are invited to sign-up on a first come, first serve basis by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and providing their name and phone number.
