- 1 lb Local Stryker Farm Ground Beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 local egg
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Local Tomato
- Epic Pickle
- TorchBearer Sauce
- Fresh Basil
- Local Red Onion
- (optional) top with local Fulper Family Farm Mozzarella
- Lightly oil grill & heat BBQ to medium.
- Whisk egg and add in and seasonings.
- Add beef using your hands or a fork, gently mix together.
- Shape mixture into burgers about ¾ inch thick.
- Grill to desired level & top with fresh ingredients.
